AI&I respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or take part in our programmes, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number and the content of any enquiry you submit through our contact form or email sign-up.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, approximate region and the pages you visit, so we can keep the site working and understand which content is useful.
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to your enquiries, to deliver and improve our courses and training, to send you material you have asked for, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and our programmes - for example our hosting, database and email providers - and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. We may also disclose data where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to maintain a record of our correspondence. Course records are kept for as long as you remain a participant and for the period required by law afterwards. You may ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access limited to the people who need it. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
Children
Many of our programmes are designed for school-age learners. Where a participant is under 18, we expect a parent, guardian or school to provide their details and consent on their behalf.
